We are...
... the most important South Tyrolean students representation. The sh.asus is not place bound to the headquarter but additionally has seven branch offices in big university cities, four in Austria and three in Italy. The sh.asus was founded in 1955 as a non-profit association. Its main task is to represent the interest of South Tyrolean students abroad and students in South Tyrol.

Representation of interests
Position on educational policy issues, representation of the interests and needs of students, votes in the State Advisory Council for the Right to Higher Education.
Culture
Parties, film evenings, educational trips, communal meals, courses and much more are organized by volunteer students.

Publication of the provisional study grants ranking - academic year 2024/25
Dear students, from November 28th, the provisional ranking for the study grants has been published - there you can check whether you have received the study grant and how much it is. You can correct your application from November 28th - December 12th, 12 p.m.
We advise everyone to check whether they received the scholarship!
If you need help in correcting your application, just pass by the office or if you prefer online support for the application via Zoom, contact us.

Application for study grant - academic year 2024/25
Dear students, from 23 September until 4 November, 12 p.m. it is possible to apply for the study grant.
As every year, we offer help and support in filling out the application for the study grant, just pass by the office or if you prefer online support for the application via Google Meet, contact us.

City of Bozen/Bolzano Prize
For the first time, the City of Bozen/Bolzano, in collaboration with the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano, is awarding a prize for the best master's thesis. Graduates and undergraduates from all disciplines at Italian (state and non-state) and foreign universities may participate, provided that the thesis/master's thesis relates to the city of Bozen/Bolzano.
Deadline: 30 November 2024
All information required to participate in the competition is available on the website of the Municipality of Bozen/Bolzano.
